About

A Hawaiʻi-based environmental consulting firm built on senior experience

Environmental Assistants LLC pairs decades of Pacific and federal environmental expertise with practical, community-aware solutions.

Who we are

Environmental Assistants LLC is a woman-owned, Honolulu-based environmental consulting firm led by senior professionals with more than four decades of federal, state, territorial, Pacific Island, and commercial experience. Our leadership has built and managed major federal environmental programs, authored environmental regulations, and delivered nationally recognized, award-winning innovation in the field. From regulatory documentation, permitting, and compliance paperwork to large, complex environmental and munitions-response programs, we combine the agility of a small business with the judgment of a senior federal team — the rigor government review demands and the care Pacific communities deserve.

Mission

To deliver senior-led, innovative, and credible environmental consulting that protects communities and ecosystems, satisfies regulators, and keeps complex projects moving — from our home base on Oʻahu to every Hawaiian island, the Pacific islands, and the wider Indo-Pacific.
